The principle of use of high-pressure oilless air compressor
High-pressure oilless air compressor is an important pneumatic equipment, and its principle of use is mainly based on the following points:
1. Air intake and preliminary filtration
The high-pressure oilless air compressor draws in air through the air inlet, and then performs preliminary filtration and dust removal through the filter screen. This process ensures that the air quality entering mechanical parts is high and avoids impurities causing damage to the interior of the equipment.
2. Gas compression
The air entering the mechanical parts is then compressed. This step is mainly carried out through a cylinder, which is driven by a crankshaft. The rotation of the crankshaft causes the piston in the cylinder to move up and down, thereby realizing gas compression. During the compression process, the pressure of the gas gradually increases to the required high pressure state.
3. Cooling and separation
Since gas generates heat when compressed, in order to ensure the normal working temperature of mechanical parts, a cooling system is usually installed in the high-pressure oilless air compressor. The purpose of the cooling system is to dissipate heat from mechanical parts and prevent equipment from overheating. At the same time, during the compression process, water vapor in the air will condense into liquid water, and the air may contain a certain amount of oil vapor. In order to meet the requirements of oil-free air compressors, the gas needs to be separated and processed. This is usually done through a cooler to condense water vapor into liquid water, and then through a filter to filter out oil vapor and solid particles.
4. High-pressure gas output
After the above treatment, high-pressure, pure and oil-free compressed air is sent into the air storage tank. The purpose of the air storage tank is to store compressed air and transport it to the place where it needs to be used through pipelines. When in use, the output pressure can be adjusted as needed to meet the needs of different pneumatic equipment.
To sum up, the high-pressure oil-free air compressor compresses the air into high-pressure, pure and oil-free compressed air through steps such as air intake and preliminary filtration, gas compression, cooling and separation, and high-pressure gas output, and delivers it to the place where it needs to be used.
